a blackout poem taken from Hitler's "Mein Kampf" drawn with pens using pointillation
poem reads: I know the problem is a radical lord of the earth His eye led by other interests wipe out existence to abolish new followers The despotic rule remains in criticism on the contrary, its views may be objected
I know...it doesn't make sense..its all symbolic-like
DISCLAIMER: in case the lack of attention to my latest work is because people think this is a portrait SUPPPORTING Hitler...then you should all know that is NOT true
the reason I drew Hitler of all people was much simpler than a political or philosophical meaning: I had to make a blackout poem for my poetry class, I decided I would go the extra mile and draw a portrait, but I knew there would have to mostly be black in the portrait with a good headshot, along with a face people would instantly recognize and would hopefully strike some sort of powerful emotion(therefore making it more poetic, which is why I didn't choose some celebrity). so I saw the hitler photo and it was perfect: simple contrast, nothing too complicated to draw etc
nice concept. i have to agree that the poem makes sense to me also. not only could it relate to the things hitler did, but could also relate to some of the things going on today.
you drew that? <3 i thought it was a picture and you just added the text >.> hehe... by the way, that means it's reallyfkinggoodcosithoughtitwasaphotooooo
